Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks before your move-out date. We can accommodate shorter notice, but prime dates fill quickly around PCS season (May–August).
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No. Many clients hand us the key and pick it up after we finish. We send photos of completed work via KakaoTalk or email.
What if my inspection fails?
We guarantee our work. If an area we cleaned fails inspection, notify us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean it at no charge.
Do you clean on-post (DPW) housing?
Yes. We are experienced with Humphreys Village, Camp Humphreys on-post, Osan on-post, and off-post apartments throughout Paengseong and Pyeongtaek.
