Housing Inspection Cleaning (USFK / Off-Post) – Camp Humphreys
Housing inspection cleaning is not the same as a general clean. Inspectors use a specific checklist and know every spot. We have studied those checklists and trained our team to match that standard on every job. At Camp Humphreys we understand the specific requirements of USFK housing and work to meet every standard expected during inspection and move-out.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between inspection cleaning and move-out cleaning?
Inspection cleaning follows the specific DPW/housing office checklist and includes documentation. Move-out cleaning is broader. For USFK housing, we recommend inspection cleaning for on-post properties.
Can you come on the same day as my inspection?
We recommend cleaning 1–2 days before your scheduled inspection to allow surfaces to fully dry and air out. Same-day cleaning is possible but we discourage it.
Do you guarantee passing the inspection?
We guarantee our cleaning work. If an area we cleaned fails, we return within 24 hours to re-clean. However, inspection outcomes depend on the inspector and pre-existing conditions outside our control.
