What types of cleaning do you offer?
We handle move-in/move-out cleanings and routine home visits.
For home visits, we can set a recurring schedule after a quick consultation.
How much does it cost?
Move-in / Move-out cleaning: Pricing depends on home size and soil level. A typical rate is about $10 USD per pyeong(≈ $0.28 per sq ft; 1 pyeong ≈ 35.6 sq ft).
We’ll confirm the final quote after a quick walkthrough or call.
In-home visit: $80 per visit, which may adjust based on the home’s size and current condition.
Do you clean mattresses?
Yes. Basic spot cleaning is included.
Deep mattress care is available on request and takes about 3–4 hours per mattress (additional fee).
What’s included in a standard home visit?
Dishes, trash & recycling, kitchen & bathroom cleaning, floors, and whole-home dusting
Optional complimentary sanitizing mist (≈15 minutes) on request
I have pets—can you still clean?
Yes. Please separate pets from the work area for safety while we clean.
If you’d like, we can refill water/food bowls—just let us know. (We don’t administer medication.)
How do I schedule a visit?
Tell us your preferred time window and we’ll assign a team to that slot.
If your first choice is fully booked, we’ll propose the closest available time.
I have allergies—can you accommodate that?
Absolutely. We can use fragrance-free, low-VOC products and HEPA vacuuming.
We also offer a complimentary sanitizing mist using plant-derived phytoncide extract to reduce common household bacteria and odors and freshen the air.
(This is a cleaning step, not a medical treatment.)
What’s included in a standard move-in/move-out clean?
Whole-home cleaning with degreasing (kitchen) and light mold/mildew removal on hard surfaces
Complimentary sanitizing mist to freshen air and reduce odors
If a mattress is present, one wet-clean pass (≈30 minutes) is included
(Note: heavy or structural mold may require specialized remediation.)
Can you clean while I’m not home?
Yes—many clients prefer that. We can enter via a temporary door code, lockbox, or building front desk/concierge.
We can send before/after photos on request, and we do not store access codes after the job.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. Weekend appointments are available—pick the date that works best for you.
