Hello, my name is Younghoon Cho, and I am the CEO of NEW HOME CLEANING. First, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the USFK community serving here in Korea.

I understand that living and relocating in a foreign country—often at a young age and far from home—can be demanding. As a Korean citizen, I believe no single “thank you” is enough to match the effort and sacrifice you make.

That gratitude is the reason we built our service around your reality: what becomes inconvenient during the moving process, what turns stressful as inspection approaches, and what can be improved through preparation and a disciplined cleaning standard.

Over time, we accumulated hands-on experience and studied inspection differences by area—especially around K-55 and Camp Humphreys. We learned how standards vary by inspector and what details are most likely to be checked, so our work is aligned with real inspection outcomes.

Today, NEW HOME CLEANING operates with one clear objective: to help you pass inspection with confidence, through a professional, inspection-focused clean that is executed consistently and documented clearly.

Our name, NEW HOME, also carries the sound of “nest” in Korean. Just as a bird builds a nest carefully—one branch at a time—we approach cleaning with the same mindset: we do not miss corners, edges, or the details that decide the final result.
